The short version of how we ended up here is we bought a house to fix up while we lived in it.

From what I can tell, there is a lite version (though no idea of the differences in version) for 197/month or 1987/year. 

My agent was happy to make the offer, defend the price, and we'll see where it ends up.So that's one version...the other version is...There's a subdivision of 100 similar homes with an average sales price of $200K and then I go in and low-ball $100K on every single home that comes up for sale.  

I've started listening to the audio version of "Rich Dad" and I really appreciate your advice of working "on" my business, rather than just "in" it.

@Andrew Giancola I think the biggest issue is that you don't want to come across as next version of the "Nigerian Prince" scam.  

I have enough capitol to buy the property cash, however that would mean me losing out on the fantastic BRRRR strategy and tying up money that I could put into future investments. 2 questions:Is there a version of BRRRR where I could self-finance the buying and renovating, then somehow refinance my money back out of it? 

(This one was something that came up wrong if you searched the address, so I used the map to zoom out and find the two main streets (though this version is for something else so it's more zoomed in) and located the house using this map.)
