You already have some experience and with additional effort, will quickly climb the REI ladder to its pinnacle.To be more successful, you simply have to work on the other elements to progress your REI pursuit.As a fellow New Yorker, I share your pain with regard to prices and taxes.

Lots of stuff cash flows here, but you have to stop looking at the prices of properties in Homes & Land magazine and instead get knees to knees with an owner of a property and work something out with him/her.

., I have see some decent big picture sf maintenance routines at the sites of the big box retailers, home improvement sites and magazines, even realtors associations and home inspectors have some..there are even whole books on the topic that are worth a look.

This is 2015, no one turns to a magazine for their source of potential $10M homes.  

I'm a New Yorker and moved here a month ago, but I feel I got to know some areas pretty well through my house search.

I was interviewed for an article in Atlantic Online magazine and received many e-mails from people ho want to move their Autistic families to Pueblo as soon as they see progress being made, and they are starting to see it.I have hope for my son after my husband and I are gone.
