Newbie real estate agent from new york city

Hello BP community my name is Michael Jones, I'm a new real estate agent in New York I got my license this year. For years I was a cdl driver and did some computer technician work so I do not have to much real estate background I have owned a home but I didn't realize at the time that it was a investment. I also will like to eventually begin to invest in real estate. I joined bigger pockets to meet people in the real estate field to gain knowledge and hopefully be able to provide information that I may have.
