@Roxani AdamHello, I will strongly recommend you to invest in Brasov (tourism/students/office) since will be the city with the highest development in the next 2-5 years :- new international airport will be opened in 2021, which will bring a lot of tourists.- 4-5 star hotels are going to open: Radisson Blue ( 2021), Hilton, Mercure - new high way will be developed which will improve the traffic between Bucharest and Brasov ( 5-10 years ) - new Shopping Mall + premium office in the center of the city will open this year, Nov.2020.

The 2nd cluster tends to be around the Warner Robbins area and the 3rd is down by Savannah,GA with the ports,tourism, and beaches.Those areas tend to be where most of the growth is.

Good points on triple checking the local ordinances which I will do to dot that "i" but the local economy is highly dependent upon tourism and given its rather remote location there aren't many hotels but there are similar STR businesses in the area.

Prices are super high due to tourism and the lack of accommodation + you can't Airbnb (or short let) you place + you have to pay up to 25% taxes on the rents you perceive from your tenants if you're not Spanish resident.I would love to know what you both think - if there is any neighbourhoods that remains interesting, etc...Thanks for your feedback!
