Don’t care who did it and why, get rid of it.Now here’s the kicker, if you or your repair or maintenance people take care of it, they can report everything to you, which helps you prove the tenant is at fault or caused the problem, so then you can........hold your horses....hold your hat on...bill him!!!!!!!

cart before the horse.. then the money goes to the title company.unless this guy is making an unsecured personal loan to you.. and that would be quite rare .. here is how one scam goes.they say they sent you to much money please wire back the extra to me..

Hi Ry,Once you know what you are doing in this business, the Horse Owners you know may want to come in on some deals with you as cash partners for a cut of the profit.Then you can ride the Real Estate Profits Horse rather than a Race Horse.Hang on to the contract info for your owners.
