I fully expect some form of statewide changes, but it gets complicated because I don’t know how they can do that without rescinding or modifying Costa-Hawkins...so there may be court challenges as well.Now the interesting question, in my mind is, with all this rent control political noise on a national level, will the new balance of the Supreme Court step in and outlaw it on a national basis?
