We found an outdated house one of the best neighborhoods in town.

I just purchased a duplex  with a vacant apartment that can get $950/month (current rent for the other side) but the bathrooms look kinda outdated and pink.

It’s a little distressed and out dated. 4/2 with potential to be a 4/3 with a 2500 sqft shop on the property, 11 acres in very desirable town near Burlington VT.

Reporting 3 comparable sales, and then adjusting for the differences in the grid, is simply an outdated and frankly, misleading and meaningless method.

It was very outdated but in good condition.

Just to make sure we have all of our bases covered, we've also sent a certified lease termination notice effective for her scheduled move out date just in case for some reason her lease falls through we won't be delayed any longer.  

The market I am going to has homes that are extremely outdated and have a lot of potential, so if I could find a duplex that would be great but if not my goal is single family home and adding value!
