You will not get any notifications when someone is there doing damage or breaking in but you can replay the footage after the fact if they dont steal the computer or NVR.I use Digital watchdog cameras and software.

I found a potential property and I think that's where the "extra" square footage is coming into play (the house has 2 bedrooms and 1,100 SF).I'm assuming adding a bedroom here may be more complicated because of matching the siding on the house - probably not worth the cost but I'm not sure.Anyone have experience with something like this?

I know it depends on the square footage that got affected but I think he said it’s a little over 300sq ft that got hit... but just wanted to get feedback maybe hear some experiences
