Perhaps up there in your neck of the woods there are Spanish speaking people migrating to your area, that might be new to the Irish folks up there, I'd bet that all languages are spoken in my state, we aren't changing signs or contracts.

@Irish BWhen I look for buyers, the find thing I look for is what kind of investor are they, such as rehabber, buy and hold, etc...

I know nothing about the Irish market.

Those that remain have put up bars on their doors and windows.A few Irish pubs, and plenty of Asian eateries on the west... as well as fun bakeries and meat stores for sausage.Like I said, one is not better or worse, just a matter of familiarity and preference.
