Vernon Henry With a quick check of the CAr purchase agreement, paragraph 27 says "Seller has the right to continue to offer the property for sale and to aceept ay other offer at any time prior to notification of Acceptance."

The eldest is learning by contributing $8K of her savings into an investment property that returns monthly income for her.
