But, I've never heard of anyone ever getting arrested or charged with a crime for doing this.Come to think of it, I'm skeptical that giving an opinion of value without a license is illegal, as you stated in a previous post...That would mean that every single deal posted here on Bigger Pockets or anywhere else on the web (or sent in email) where the seller suggests an ARV is violating some statute.
