Try not to get shiny object syndrome!  

Unfortunately, I am nothing but a jack-of-all-trades, and master of none, save perhaps selling things and a Stockholm Syndrome-like tolerance for pain and stress, both mental and physical. 

That's what I'm afraid of and even though I'm not looking to retired anytime soon but the equity is like a shinning object syndrome that's hard not to pay attention to.

Banks agent is of course not disposed to deal with anyone but current buyer (bird in hand syndrome)?

(although after reading through the forums and diving deep in the google machine it is hard not to consider every market, suffering from newbie shiny object syndrome for sure!) 

I am going through what I call "it's just" syndrome on my first property..as in "it's just outlets" and switches and new electrical in the kitchen, removing a ceiling fan (that wasn't boxed in) to just a light which also was on an always hot circuit ie no switch control.  

Strategies and goals shift, yes, but you need to know if it's a true shift for good reasons, or if it's shiny object syndrome (google that). 

. :( I'm very new to this but have been addicted to the podcast, I've listened to over half of them now but I think all the info is giving me a sort of shiny object syndrome and I'm dying to meet up with some like minded individuals.

I say this because it was at a similar stage that we got "shiny object syndrome" where we got bored with the same old, same old of buy-and-hold. 

The adjustable spreadsheet syndrome is why people come to hate wholesalers.
