I was trying to go budget, but I saw that washers and dryers (front load washers specifically) are super finnicky and can have lots of defects that manifest over time.

Wait, I think that one's taken . . .According to what I've read, one of the goals of Greenhaven is to avoid the burden of DeKalb County's pension fund, which has fallen on South DeKalb since there've been so many citihood defections from North DeKalb and they apparently don't have to contribute to the county's pension.Most of the reasoning is AGAINST the status quo in the county, and not TOWARD whatever would be gained by a new city.

If your market is a really strong buyers market then that would be a consideration to make it more marketable.Most bang for the buck would be adding a bathtub to the 1/2 bath as long as you don't cause a defect to the rest of the home's appeal by doing so.

One roof needs replaced (we are waiting on the settlement award from a class action for defective shingles), however the other is 14 months old ... so the roofer will be by tomorrow to see what went terribly wrong and to have the discussion about who is going to cover the repair of the 14' x 23' ceiling below (not to mention the insulation, etc).
