I also really need to get a property of my own so I can start storing my own equipment for my business (I run a pressure washing/gutter cleaning/christmas lights business on the side in addition to my 9-5).

It's definitely a bigger headache taking care of these things while tenants are living there and when things do go out, they tend to go out at non-convenient times such as Christmas eve when it's 0 degrees outside and nothing is open.

People are busy with their kids school events, shopping and getting ready for Christmas or getting ready for vacation before the new year.

You have to buy real estate to get ahead in real estate.Besides the one time I had to throw all of the sick orphans  out during that freezing cold Christmas!  

I’m also reading the Mindset: The New Psychology of Success by Carol Dweck and The Compound Effect by Darren Hardy along with a few others at the moment.

I have been consuming podcasts every day for the past week or so, and just ordered a couple of books from J and Carol Scott, Mark Ferguson, and of course David Greene and Brandon Turner.

We fully know we have to allow service animals and when that happens we don't visit that cabin with my daughter until a good bit of time has past and several cleaning cycles have occurred and hope for the best.I have a 9 day booking at Christmas that was booked months ago.
