Other than the actual neighborhood, it depends on if it is sailboat access (draw bridges or no bridges) or what the clearance on bridges is which of course determines the size boat that can be used.

Unless you're in one of those two boats, you need to have a majority of your portfolio in areas that have some cash flow - something to keep you going on your existing and to fund more growth.Ultimately, your long term wealth is going to come from your ability to scale.

I have seriously thought about adding an option to rent a golf cart.I get numerous questions about whether I rent my boat or where they can rent one.If I do the boat rental I would go through a 3rd party company that covers the insurance.Then I could.get a nicer, newer boat and have it paid for.
