All wood trim was painted BLACK by her in her apartment.

It becomes a black hole of a case but the Sheriff’s Office says they got quite a bit to move up the line on her theft ring.

Its not a black and white statement , ( is anything black and white in real estate or in life :-)) .One agent I spoke with , explained her experience working with previous clients and how they approached this question , their thought process and added some information that she had .

Even mold that is black is not likely to be the dreaded "Black Mold". 

We lived with it for a while and kept it as storage/ laundry, but it was always the black-eye of the property.

There was a ton of info for people who wanted to become syndicators, yet very little out there for people who want to become passive investors.From the outside, this whole syndication thing seems like a black box.

If you've been on here for a while now I'm sure you've seen the many great resources that are available.If you're looking to network or chat, besides the resources and connections here on BP, I'd also recommend attending a local real estate group such as Black Diamond REI in Mass. or RIREIG in RI.Also with your design and aesthetics background you might try networking with some stagers as you probably have a lot in common :)
