Unlike the other cities on the Hudson, it has not recovered - has not become either a commuter city or a cute antiques-and-tourism weekend travel destination.  

Think about it, if a realtor recommends this strategy when they are the Buyer’s agent, do they suddenly forget this same strategy is being used when they are the Listing Agent and other Buyer Agents make offers on their listings using this same antiquated strategy?

MI told clients that he has an antique car for sale that needs some restoration work his guy will do, but once that work is done you can lease it to movie companies to make all that money back and more for years.
