I understand how people think and operate, especially in the landlord/tenant world.If what I state about tenants is contrary to what you believe it is because you are drawing conclusions about them based on superficial information.

So, after months of this ongoing process, IF you've been able to collect all of this evidence, your landlord HASN'T remediated the problem after conclusive findings and adequate notice, and you DO have grounds for breaking your lease (in writing, including your findings, of course...because I doubt your lease has a withholding clause that is in YOUR favor)- you could then take said findings to small claims court in an attempt to convince a judge of such.

He lives in Joisey, but refuses to invest there because, like Miami, it's absurdly expensive.Do some research on turn-key investing out of state, or just straight up long distance investing in markets not in New Jersey.I'm down in Miami and came to the same conclusion; its very difficult to find returns down here that even come close to anything up in Cleveland, which is where I'm buying my first duplex. 25% down on a $94k duplex bringing in over $1500 a month.

The points were the high costs of the materials, the high interest rates and the difficult conditions that families have today to pay either the mortgage or the rent and we came to the conclusion that it is not the time to make any financial movement until next year 2023, taking into account the political elections this year 2022 and waiting for the reduction of interest rates by the FED, we are talking about the market in South Florida, I do not know if it applies in other states.
