Any attorneys here that might be able to shed a little light here as to how they can be discharged so quick?

Plus to think of it, this 5 bedroom unit doesn't really have much storage room available with no tool shed, garage, or walk up attic.  

We renewed the lease for one of the inherited tenants for 6 months,but I can't deal with the slow pay even if they are paying the late fee - they will be issued a notice to vacant at the end of their lease.Got a 60-day notice on April 2 from one of my great tenants and I shed a tear inside...and the cycle continues.Such is the life of a landlord!

Impossible to say if they just wanted her gone... not outside the realm of possibility.My sense was that she had done a lot to shed her past problems.

I am currently doing the same thing, colored tags however, now with 3 rentals, shed, gate keys, etc.

I can shed some light on this as I owned both and still have a strip mall.

I just bought a small 2 bed house that has a large wooden shed in the yard for storage.  

Places I use ..... under the deck on a nail , In a lawn sprinkler head buried in a corner next to the foundation , under a shingle on the shed .  

They mentioned their husky is shedding due to the spring warmup and they continuously have hair on their socks.
