- You're probably asking "ok now where do I find one of these shops" I'd start with meetups, specifically for commercial, but you'll likely just be looking for names I doubt the people will actually be there. 

Data center investment in the area is in the hundreds of billions and population continues to grow from people moving here from CA.

For 99.9999% of people, unfortunately the answer is no. 

So by waiting you are going to be missing out on several good deals and now up against 10-15 people all wanting the same house going to the highest bidder.

If you start pooling money from people who are not full partners (i.e. have decision making power), you will start to cross into the territory of securities, in which you will be subject to SEC rules.

I can sell the note for 74k but would be hit with a tax cost of around 40 percent.

People buy real estate and move. 

People are tired of rigid hosts whether or not they live onsite and I see that takeaway more than “sharing a home”.

Typically it will cost a point but it’s better than hitting maturity and then have default interest kick in.

The home is about 1 block to the beach...About 300 people, most of which have lived there their entire lives and  are retired, still believe it still is an old PG&E plant that went off line many years back.
