Everybody has paid every month despite this pandemic.

What an EIDL can be used for is rather vague, but its pretty clear to me and from what I've been able to find online, that it cannot be used to refinance existing long-term debt obligations unless they were accrued since the start of the pandemic and directly resulting from the pandemic (i.e., you started using your credit card to pay vendors).

Before the pandemic there was a group of us that met at Orfeo in Belltown, but that broke up. 

I can’t imagine they wouldn’t help out the other owners in the entertainment and travel business who have been ravaged by this pandemic.

Of course, you could always add a global pandemic clause, just to be safe.
