Access requires membership which can be pretty pricey if you are not using the MLS for other purposes.  

In may cases you can simply buy the membership interests of the LLC rather than the real estate. 

Maybe consider getting a short term membership. 

Investor has a membership share in the revenues and profit with the goal of being refinanced out in year three. 

You may want to spring for the pro membership so that you can use the rental property calculator which is great for analyzing deals. 

When I joined, there are three tier membership programs: Gold ($30k), Platinum ($50k), and Diamond ($100k). 

This fee gives them access to various membership benefits, one of which to be called an actual "Realtor."

i recently bought the package and so far it is fantastic. u can find out if a prospective deal is good and look up a property by address and get all its info along with other similar props in the area as well as comps. but there is so much more. it cost 35.95 for lifetime membership. it even said somewhere, in the disclaimer i think, that they know it's valued at so much more (3000.00) but they are hoping that we will get so much out of it that we will want to invest in more of their stuff down the road.

They pitched to us a Platnium Membership which would cost us $35k for 12 months of access.  

Let me say that if you're on the fence, the PRO membership is worth every penny, and far more!
