Hello all,This is my first post but I have been browsing bigger pockets pretty religiously over the past 3 months.I am a 31 year old dentist (periodontist) who splits his time between San Diego and Los Angeles.I obtained my real estate license about 2 years ago as I've always been interested in real estate, but I haven't pursued signing with a brokerage firm as I've been pretty busy with dentistry.I have heard good things about eXp realty, and wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or opinions regarding them?

Hi Pam, Congratulations on your decision to join eXp Realty!

The owner of the realty company sat down with me and the realtor as we went through the 3 properties.  

But if you're looking to go with a short term rental you should get it as close to "magnolia world" as possible.

It's definitely a viable business with successful companies like Realty Tax Solutions and National Lien Acquisition Fund doing this, but like any business, I'd start small to start.
