Trying to find out how to find a sponsoring broker

I’m currently finishing up my brokers class and will be taking my state exam shortly after. I’m a little lost as how to find a sponsoring broker or where to even begin to look. I’m looking for a little direction and a lot of help it just seems so overwhelming. Thanks in advance for any advice given
