My advice is to always work with integrity, do your due diligence, learn how to do your numbers correctly, and slowly but surely learn how to assign contracts using different strategies.  

From what I'm learning it seems that networking connections are also an integral part of this business so thank you for reaching out.

Where is the integrity in that type of deal?

In hindsight, my partners and I all took leaps of faith with each other, so it's tough to say go 50/50 off the bat, but if you value this person and think they bring more to the table than a few construction management skills and will be integral to your success, why not keep them around?

The weight of the contents most likely had much to do with the failure, as it appeared the integrity of the box was compromised by the base pulling out of the groove in the frame and distorting due to weight.  

@Shiva Ratuapli - if you are going to do this, integrate something like rently.com into your process. they can verify the DL. i haven't used them but heard good things, so update us on your experience. 

I am able to keep up with all syncing using integration but still haven't figured out the booking widget on my website.
