The answer is it depends.It depends on the location and what might attract people to your property, amenities, competition, your purchase price, how well you take pictures and furnish the property, how active you are in promoting the property, having a good support staff (mainly excellent cleaners/s).

Additionally senior buyers want cleaner homes that are ready to be moved into versus handyman-types homes, in my experience only.

If it's full of food and growth, after cleaning it, use a dishwasher cleaner for one cycle. 

I'm extremely diligent, so I don't know how I could have made them any cleaner.

If you really want to know what others would charge, call up 3 different contractors, cleaners, handymen and compare the 3, normally 1 is way off and the other 2 are close you can get a good idea of an amount to charge. 

Doing it this way makes my reports a lot cleaner and more meaningful.

It isn't a good idea to remotely manage a side hustle cleaner.
