If anyone is currently working with good property management and agent/brokers can you share your experience; I'd love to connect and learn more about the market.

I’m looking for other investors, agents, brokers, lawyers, accountants etc.

My borrower/buyer referrals are pre-approved in advance and these are clean Mortgage Broker to Buyer Agent referrals.With being set up on MLS notification to receive alerts as well as the many other sites like Trulia/ Zillow, etc., from there we just need a lockbox code and negotiating skills to secure the best price, in addition to the $12,000 Realtor Rebate to borrower at closing.These are on the sales contracts and on the final CD or Closing Statement. 

I have recently became a licensed real estate agent but have not signed under a broker yet or have access to the MLS yet.

I just recently got my RE license as an agent and aligned with a broker.

That’s one of the many ways commercial brokers at large firms that provide access to all 50 states can add value to a deal for you.

From the brokers I spoke to, they are expecting a record amount of properties to come market in 1st/2nd quarter.
