Building a team in Iowa

I’m looking for other investors, agents, brokers, lawyers, accountants etc. I’m in the early stages of putting a team together with the goal of aquiring multi family units in central Iowa. I’m looking for motivated people who are action oriented and serious about moving forward, not just talking about it. The kind of people who are on BP at 1030 on a Friday night. I want to talk numbers, do the math, and see if deals work. I want to talk strategy, goals, problems, solutions, then get going. I want to create a team where we all bring something to the table and we all eat! WIN-WIN! I’m ready to get moving, anybody else?
