I would suggest finding a real estate agent in your area that understands your search criteria and is willing to find out the info you need on potential listings.Although, one could argue that you would be better off buying a property without current tenants because often when your inherit tenants they may not meet the same requirements that would would require for a new tenant.

I really don't think the object of this post is to argue what is right and wrong as what someone says - it is only natural to note, that the more people you have on one router, bottlenecking, the slower the speed - therefore the need for more routers to handle the load and the more energy needed to run each router.

I just want to prepare myself when they argue (and they will) for their deposit.They've left the rest of the place in clean and good condition.

I know many people would argue to use leverage to get more doors, but my goal is to make the most money possible with the least effort.

With all due respect to my fellow RE agents, especially the good ones, Just because some one is a RE agent and licensed does not mean they know how to deal with investments or are any good at their job. i would argue that roughly 80-90% of our RE agents dont really know what they're doin. but thats just life in almost any field unless there's stricter criteria. 

I'm not going to argue with the people saying sell.

Never argue or try to prove your point.
