I ultimately built my private lodge and conference center on the property, which is surrounded by retired high profile former rock stars and others seeking privacy in an area in San Diego county.While on my mission to find the ideal property, I made a list of the criteria and visualized not only what it would look like but how it would be used.Early plans called for property search efforts in Santa Barbara county's Santa Ynez Valley.  

You can do this through design of the STR, amenities, and your management service to guests which leads to some really neat 5 star reviews. 

Obviously I have some pretty high expectations for myself but I have always been a firm believer in shooting for the stars.

If all the stars align, this may turn out well.

If you have your mind made up you are going to be the best in your market, provide 5 star stays every time and make this thing work - then that's totally true. 

Get better, continue to shoot for the stars.

To be happy is to be balanced, and many people forget that as they reach for the stars.

Surrounding communities have a lot of potential as well; Kuna, Star, Nampa, MIddleton and Caldwell.  

The area is attracting Michelin star chefs, etc etc etc you heard the developers sales pitch.
