My $.02 If I was relocating from CA I would consider Las Vegas NV, Phoenix AZ, Boise ID, SLC UT, Nashville TN, Austin TX, Tampa Bay FL, Raleigh NC, Asheville NC, Charleston SC just to name a few.

I'm located in Utah, and I'm wondering how this effects wholesaling deals, for better or worse.

It seems that some of these traveling money vacuum companies from the Utah areas are the one's pushing the Bird dog teaching the most. 

Check lawsuits and judgments in Utah and North Carolina. 

Morris but eventually I would like to move my portfolio closer to where I currently live in Logan Ut. 

I have had the pleasure of living in Austin, Texas where I got my Master's degree in Accounting from UT Austin and New York City where I worked for a local accounting firm.

UT Austin offered classes as well but more expensive.

I will be moving to Utah in two weeks to help start and run a Hard Money Lending company for my uncle.

-For anyone in a similar market, (I'm in Utah Valley, Utah) are my estimated rent numbers even close for a 2 bed/1 bath vs 4 bed/2 bath ?
