Been through many contractors each one leaving the house as its becoming a pain to deal with the city.

Unfortunately we have an administration that pads their own pockets by selling out America to depend on other nations for oil.

Personally I believe they should have better systems in place to deal with administrative curve balls, and I’ve expressed this to them many times.

The numbers work, but I'm looking at other factors and if Maine is that much of a pain to be in that state, then I don't want to get caught up just because the numbers look good. 

Be painfully honest!

It will also be a huge pain in your knees and back.

Education - I'm a firm believer that education takes action, and while I know managing my own property from another state will be challenging, I think the benefit of what I'll learn will be worth the pain (at least I hope).  2.

The rollout of vaccines and promise of more financial help from the incoming Biden administration will certainly help.

@Chelsa Analei Seawolf the coastal commission can definitely be a pain when it comes to your plans for building from what I've heard.
