(Obvious investors are the ones you are going to see numerous times in your search with different legal discriptions)(When seeing biz names, skip the ones that are banks and financial institutions, those are REO's, also regarding biz owners, pay special attn to the ones with property and home buyer and investor keywords in the name)Once you have their names, most of these people will be relatively easy to find.

Also with the October situation they told me numerous times that a check would be mailed the next day (when it clearly wasn't) so now I have about zero faith when they tell me a check has been or will be mailed.Now this month has rolled around and it's now the 5th, no payment.
