Just follow your business plan and if they leave or you have to insist/force them to leave, then so be it!

And I don't think the banks are going to insist that all be paid back at the end of forbearance. 

It will be complete chaos.Even worse, if the government insists on keeping people at home and just keeps printing money in the interim, the dollar will devalue to the level of toilet paper and we will end up like Venezuela with 200,000% inflation. 

Wants permits for everything including the old windows that he insists we installed.

It's not a solution at all.I inquired with the city about getting a permit for a small gravel driveway (parking pad really) in the front yard, but the city insists that I install a concrete sidewalk on the city's property alongside the street. 

The city insisted the owner is responsible.  

If a landlord insisted on me taking a drug test before renting to me I'd stop and wonder what kind of people were living in that building in the first place.
