Same things that you do on any rental property, depreciation, write-off expenses, mortgage interest write-offs, etc.......Easier to incorporate into my portfolio since thats where its headed anyway?

One of the things I will incorporate is a personal board of directors.  

Most of those towns are not going to have CAFRs, though all the incorporated ones will have audits that you can request.

Started investing after many years in corporate world (I wish I did it much earlier), but as they say, "Better late than never".
