And you have to assume if one person is hitting the out of area lists or foreclosure lists or whatever that others are doing that as well so the target seller may get multiple inquires the one that is Johnny on the spot has a huge advantage over the one that calls you back a week later and they can't remember ever making the call to you in the first place :)  Can lead a horse to water but can't make em drink

The problem with their version of a mastermind group is that they are all drinking the same kool-aid.

But we would sit around with a few drinks on a friday and talk about who had the worst encounter with a "gate keeper" or the harshest rejection of the week (i've had people tell me to kill myself). 

Did they drink the beer? 

We will be coming to town again for my son's DCI marching competition in August I believe, maybe we can grab a drink downtown and do a Bigger Pockets meetup.

We need to get together again for another round of drinks!

Take all the drinks, eating out, cable, whatever and the 180 will easily present itself.

What ever happened to logic and drinking beer in college?

Close to Hospital, Golf Course, Downtown shopping/drinking etc...

I never paid a penny beyond when it was my turn for drinks.
