Some tax liens are also sold at sheriff sale, so that typically is once per month in most counties in PA; these typically will be in townships (or whatever municipality) that have elected to not use the county's Tax Claim Bureau to handle tax sales.Then there is Philadelphia that does its own thing ... since it is both a City and a County, it has some special treatment in the state legislation.

Working fulltime for minimum wage at MD Anderson cancer center, college drop out with a rented condo, and owner of two lots that i dont know what ill do wit h yet, bought because deal was too good to pass on. have been on the app for some time but never was able to make an account on it so i finally took the step and opened a browser on the computer and made an account. purchased first property at 21 from the bank foreclosed condo 2/2 for cash which at that time was my life savings, and 3 years after that managed to save some money and bought another condo in same complex a 3/2 . last week a 3/2 sold for 78k and the 2/2 are going for 60+ tempted to flip them because id have more than doubled my investment and i live in one. but i dont know what to do if i do so. have the rooms in the 3/2 rented at 600$ each. anyhows im looking forward to learn as much as possible and get into the realestate business, i want to get my Reatlor license if anyone is in houston and knows whats the best way to go about getting one; fastest and cheapest way :). i would appreciate it!

Any MH park is hard to finance, nice ones are much easier with low vacancies.I would not look at any with it's own water system and/or sewer treatment as the regulations just keep comming and they are very expensive to maintain even worse to replace.Good luck on your quest, but I really dislike cans on wheels.

I also think the commercial sector will be ok short term with help from banks but if it ends up being a long term shutdown things will get dicey.Let's all hope and pray that this situation gets under control quickly, that a vaccine or effective treatment is quickly developed, and that this mass shutdown of our economy is only short term.
