The witness will be able to testify that you did not remove anything valuable from the house and that you didn't just record the trash that was left behind instead.I believe as a part of the Protecting Tenants and Foreclosure Act of 2009 that property isn't left behind and automatically considered abandoned, and notify the owners of the personal property (owner's heirs, if any) that they have 90 days to remove it.

Park owners unless they are their own managers as well are generally pretty detached from the day to day workings of their parks and really don't keep track of home sales unless they are in the arrears in their rent or have been abandoned or are in default.That's my 3 cents worth.

I first have to acquire another 1000sqft to meet a minimum 14k lot size requirement at $8500 to move the lot line not counting what the neighbor is going to charge me for the 1000sqft we need. on the one in Lake Oswego I had to abandon the lot split.. by the time the city was done conditioning us would have been close to 200k to split one lot that is only worth 250 to 300k. and now that we are slowed a little higher end lots are not moving as well or for premium pricing.. so I am going to build one house.. but put the house on the lot such as if someone wants to split the lot down the road the existing house is in the set backs..
