Train to become a savvy investor and you can become very wealthy.

No problemo if you don't view me as wealthy enough to be a business women.

Then again, if they are wealthy enough, maybe they can afford to speculate like this.

Not to worry about being able to go somewhere with the family or not.to enjoy the time with the elders of my family and loved ones because that time is limited.to travel and become more culturally wealthy!

As you accumulate wealth I recommend getting a Revocable Living Trust set up which owns all your rental LLC, retirement accounts, etc.

Not entirely true, there's plenty of similar wealthy people renting nice homes outside of CA...  

During this timeframe, I learned a lot about how the wealthy approaches everyday and try to mimic their mindset.

I believe whoever can succeed at becoming the eyes and ears on the island by supplying good information and service, will in turn be rewarded with a very wealthy lifestyle.Best of luck to you in whatever path you choose, staying on the island or moving to the states!

So this is clearly a taxing of the wealthy higher wage earner..

If generating wealth is a priority of yours I would definitely ask how the brokerage can assist you with that and whether or not they provide the resources necessary to be a successful investor.
