How long have you been in the fix and flip game?

During the football game last night it took me about the entire game (just a little less).

We are sitting on 19 units right now and yes the headaches will drive some people out of the game.

Gotta be in it for the long game.

I’m a house flipper and one of the reasons I am currently studying to get my license is because I no longer like playing the waiting game for my realtor.

I would say, focus on a market you know, out of state and multiple states might not be a good idea when you are just a beginner unless you choose the market you used to live, go to college, grew up, etc, a market you know.Play the devil's advocate game with a friend that's an investor and you should be able to find what you are comfortable doing.

That's pretty much the whole preforclosure purchase game in a nutshell. 

Seems like a sweet way to get in the game if you can find the right partner!  

So maybe if you alter you entry strategy to lower cost and build equity slower to build that long game wealth. 

If they say 'yes', which they always do, unless they've been evicted a few times and know how to play the game, then the eviction is granted immediately, and you're asked if you want a damages hearing, then things go from there.
