You're still very new so I don't think going on your own is your best route.

They uniformly state that selling, transferring ownership, leasing, renting, exchanging, giving an option (etc) on a property that you do not already own is a license-required activity. 

Even in that case, almost every property I own is plaster on lath.

Trying to do it on your own is a non starter.
