Hello to all! My name is John Kleva and I am from Long Island. I am newbie to real estate investing game but have wanted to get into it for about 15 years. I remember buying the Carlton Sheets course in 94. I always questioned myself and never felt confident enough to push forward. Now at 39 I AM pushing myself into the field. I am a carpenter, I have worked with many different trades and understand the steps towards completeing a renovation. I also GC'd an addition to my house and completed 75% of the remodel on my own. I feel all of this knowledge has prepared me to move forward with real estate investing.

I find myself on this site more and more. It is full of information for people in all stages of their career. I will lean on this website for answers to questions that will arise and hope the experienced investors out there will help answer for me.

Thanks to all before hand

John
