Let's hope this dang pandemic slows its roll in the coming months!    

The economy is struggling along and we are still in the pandemic.  

I hope everyone has been doing well amidst this whole Pandemic.

I suspect most STR owners are able to have as much success as they had during the pandemic, but it takes a little more work. 

LOL and most of the money is made after selling the property not due to STR operation.pre pandemic , beach front STR has cap rate of 4% only and that’s before PM fee and electricity cost.you could also check the financial analysis of STR offered by Bezos arrived.com , their projection is conservative that the cap rate for SF is somewhere 3% , return is obviously below Tbill.

As a former property manager that experienced all sorts of situations during the pandemic, I couldn't agree with @Nathan G.'

I think we've bought six appliances during the pandemic from them.  

I guess everyone is hopping over from Multi to SFH with the pandemic...  

In fact it was during the Pandemic that Housing of Choice is the most reliable clients.

I have been house hacking my condo during the pandemic and this this something I want to continue to build on. - Chris Isabell
