Hello, I have a house in Thousand Oaks, CA (Currently my main residence) and I plan on building a Junior ADU and a detached ADU.

South of Main, Woodland Park, MT Vernon, Milo-Grogan, Franklinton, Merrion Village, Hungarian Village, Southern Orchards, Olde Towne East, Franklin Park, King Lincoln, Old Oaks, Livingston Park are all but not limited to some areas in Columbus, Ohio I think will would be great for STR/MTRs in the Columbus.

I am about 5 miles from campus nearest Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks but the normal drivetime commute can be gnarly on the 405, maybe not as bad if you take the canyons though.

I'm from Oak Forest in the south suburbs originally, so happy to discuss the area in more depth with you and areas where you might run into zoning issues.
