Is there anywhere I should look for the latest updtate on status?

I wasn't aware that the latest update removed the ability to move transactions between accounts. 

Our latest addition was a short sale- 3/1 for $53k, all appliances included, needed $1k of minor cosmetic work to be move in ready. we had 5 applications at $1,050 within 2 weeks. 100% of our tenants in this area are airline employees.

I reviewed the latest contract and noticed that Rider Inspection was missing.

According to the latest long-distance investing gurus, there is no reason to ever go to a market to see the houses, if one does proper due diligence with all team members.

So, I'm looking for a bank specializes in small businesses and that has three main features: - Great online/mobile platform that has all of the latest features: wire/transfer funds, auto-pay, invoicing, no or limited fees, links with Quick Books, categorizing transactions, etc. - Offers competitive-rate/feature lines of credit and/or credit cards to Real Estate investment and management companies- Specializes in small (100K-2M) CRE financing that can: refinance, fund acquisition, umbrella, blanket, portfolio loans.I've done a couple searches and it looks like Wells Fargo and Capital One are the front runners.

The latest tax bill does absolutely ZERO for HIGH INCOME pass throughs and also for service based pass throughs.
