@Neil Evangelista, while Nest is expensive, there are manufacturers who sell at Home Depot and Lowes between $100-$150 and you can sometimes find it cheaper online.I also like the emergence of smart devices like smart vents from Keen, which was featured on SharkTank and sold at Lowes, which integrate with Nest.
