As stated, if this downtown area ever turns and transforms like Frederick it could be astronomical.

I think Raymond should get rid of all the tenants, complete the rehab/transform the building.

He'll still have the same congress in power to deal with . . . is he magically going to transform Republicans to somehow agree with him on issues that they have no intentions of agreeing with him on?
