finding a contractor and keeping them are hard

Every flippers knows there is a dead line when you try to sell a property. There is a crunching time and I won't be all that nice. We all get frustrated. Some contractors can't handle this.  Some contractor quit. I can't help with. As a flipper my best concern is paying my contractors on time and sometimes I advance payment for a good   contractors. Nevertheless some contractors won't take a s$%t. Then I need to find another contractor.  I have worked at night on this property whatever contractors won't do or I need to save money. I am just really tired of emotional roller coaster. Any encouragement will help
