Even as a young kid I was fascinated by the detail and craftsmanship that went into such intricate designs.

I am currently in a career shift from a CSR to a high school science teacher. 

Yes, formal education directly related to your specialty I'd deduct, saying that, I'd not deduct every class required for a degree, you'll need English, Science perhaps a Speech class, such may not cut the mustard, but if I took a class on Planning and Zoning, Development and RE Management I could tie that directly to my business.

I'm glad you found BiggerPockets through Afford Anything ... there are some fascinating investors on this site, and you'll learn a ton of information.

What I did know, was that it isn't rocket science and that others in the world were doing it, so to could I.I had an inside track on LU inc from a member, who happens to be a friend of my brothers outside of LU inc.

I instantly became fascinated, and have been addicted ever since.

Real estate fascinates me and this is the kind of challenging career I will enjoy.

I would think insurance company would have a hard time proving he was directly at fault (although I think he was based on what I was told and have seen) I realize this really doesn't involve me but am just a bit  intrigued by this whole subrogation process and find it a bit fascinating for lack of a better word.....Thx,Chris
