Hello,

My Name is Sean, Im 24 years old and just beginning my journey in the world of real estate investing. A little back story on me, and why my attention has been drawn to real estate investing. I heard about a book, that I'm sure many of you have heard about and read, that probably shifted the way you also think about finance. That book being "Rich Dad Poor Dad".  Long story short i did some research after finishing the book, and stumbled upon bigger pockets. I instantly became fascinated, and have been addicted ever since. So here I am posting for the first time on the forums looking for all the help I can get. Currently I am working two part time jobs, both of which I am not making a ton of money. After taxes I currently pull in around 1800 a month. I have around 7000 dollars saved and Im only able to save around 200 a month after all my bills are paid for. I currently live in Sacramento California and would like to stick to this market. Any and all help is welcome! Would love to here from all of you on any possible avenues i can take to get started on my real estate journey!
